First ever Chadar Mubarak from the President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan

Presentation of the first ever Chadar Mubarak at Dargah Ajmer Sharif to mark the 809th annual Urs Mubarak from the Hon'ble President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan - Mohammed Ashraf Ghani sb 

A delegation of senior diplomats of the Embassy of Afghanistan in New Delhi visited Ajmer Dargah Sharif as special representative on behalf of Hon' President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammed Ashraf Ghani sb today at 11:30 am from the historical gates of Dargah Sharif known as Nizam Gate with Sufi Sema Qawwali procession as part of honouring the Saced Mazar Sharif of Hz.Khawaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishty(ra) by sending a large black velvet coloured Ghilaf Chadar Mubarak specially designed with immaculate Zardoshi work signifying the blessed white dome of Dargah Ajmer Sharif in center of the Chadar to mark the the blessed occasion of ongoing 809th annual Urs Mubarak celebrations. 

Ajmer Sharif(India) and Chest e Sharif(Afghanistan) shares 800 years old Spiritual ties and this is the first time that Chadar Mubarak is offered by President of Afghanistan from millions of Afghan people reasserting thier Spiritual bond and cultural toes with India from Afghanistan with making of new relationship and spiritual ties between India and Afghanistan.

A special letter from President Ashraf Ghani sb was read out by Mr Ajmal Alimzai - Cultural Attache to thousands of devotees present inside the Dargah Ajmer Sharif along with other Spiritual Ceremonies organsied by Khuddam e Khawaja Gaddi Nashin Community elders to honour and welcome the kind gesture inside Dargah Sharid at the sacred Ahata e Nur ( Courtyard of Light ).

Haji Syed Salman Chishty, Gaddi Nashin - Dargah Ajmer Sharif and Chairman of Chishty Foundation with other senior members of Chishty Sufi community welcomed the delegates from the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan - Mr. Ajmal Alimza (Cultural Attaché), Mr. Ajmal Mohammad (First Secretary), Mr. Sayed Ziaullah Hashimi (First Secretary), Mr. Wahid Jamal Jabarkhail (Second Secretary), Mr. Akhtar Shirzai (Media representative) and Mr. Jafar were part of diplomatic delegation visit to Ajmer Dargah Sharif.

In opening remarks of welcome ceremony at Ahata e Nur in Dargah Sharif, Haji Syed Salman Chishty spoke about his memorable visit to Kabul, Herat and Chest e Sharif two years back in a special Indian Sufi Delegation visit where they had organised a successful International Sufi Conference in collaboration with Herar University, Indo Persian Study Center and Chishty Foundation Ajmer Sharif. Also in his remarks thanks President Ashraf Ghani sb for this noble gesture of honouring centuries old Spiritual Bond between India and Afghanistan, appreciated his vision for Afghan Peace process with focus on millions of Afghan people who look upto his exemplary leadership.

At Ahata e Noor welcome ceremony Shijra Mubarak (Spiritual Genelogical Tree) of the Chishty Sufi Order which includes the blessed names of Buzurgh Khawajaghaan e Chisht from  both Ajmer Sharif ( India ) and Chest e Sharif ( Afghanistan ) was recited by Syed Shaheen Moini saheb follwed by opening remarks by Haji Syed Salman Chishty - Gaddi Nashin Dargah Ajmer Sharif and the humble Message of Peace and Gratitude towards Chishty Sufi Order from President Mohammed Ashraf Ghani sb was read out by Mr. Ajmal Alimza in which mr. Mohammad Ashraf Ghani sahab, President of Afghan wrote, "It is a singular honor to be offering the Chadar at the Urs of Khawaja Moinuddin Chishty. As an Afghan, and as a student of Sufi orders for over 50 years, I have been fascinated with the character, impact and reach of Khawaja Gharib Nawaz (ra)."

This chadar Mubarak was offered on behalf of the people and the government of Afghanistan,  "May the message of Khawaja Gharib Nawaz (ra) be heard and understood across the world." President added on his message.
